Some projects matter more than others. Protecting your baby’s airways, our animated collaboration with Raising Children Network, has been named a finalist in the 2026 International Safety Media Awards.
The awards recognise outstanding safety communication from around the world, celebrating media that improves public understanding, prevents injury and promotes safer behaviours. Being shortlisted alongside campaigns from across the globe is a proud moment for our Adelaide studio, and for the client team who trusted animation to carry a message this important.

The challenge: advice every parent needs, in a form every parent can use
Infant airway safety is a topic where clear communication genuinely saves lives. The official guidance is thorough, but it is written in clinical language, and a worried parent at two in the morning rarely absorbs clinical language.
Together with Raising Children Network, we translated that technical medical advice into a short-form animation. Clinical jargon and fear-based messaging were replaced with simple language, relatable storytelling and diverse illustrated characters.
The result is practical guidance that helps parents build confidence when it matters most.
Accessible by design
To reach as many families as possible, the animation was translated into ten languages. That decision means more families from culturally diverse communities can access trusted, potentially life-saving information in the language they think in.
The project now works as a scalable educational resource, supporting Raising Children Network’s mission to provide free, independent and expert-reviewed parenting information for Australian families.
