Motion By Design is a visual content studio working with clients across Australia and around the world. Since late 2018, the business has grown rapidly, earning recognition as the 13th fastest-growing company in South Australia in 2023 and 22nd in 2024, as well as winning the SA Health Supplier Award in 2021 for our contribution to SA Health projects.

Our studio at 53 Barwell Avenue, Marleston is a collaborative, welcoming space and the home of our creative team. It’s where designers, illustrators, animators, and producers work closely together — sharing ideas, solving problems, and shaping work as a team. With people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, it’s not uncommon to hear conversations in different languages over lunch.
At times the studio is lively, filled with discussion and creative debate; at others, it’s completely still as the team focuses deeply to deliver against tight deadlines. It’s a place built on trust, creativity, and a shared commitment to doing the work properly.
Our values shape how we work. We’re flexible — last-minute projects are okay, and we’re comfortable adapting deliverables to suit real-world budgets. We’re unique, proud of our identity while respecting and protecting our clients’ brands.
