Statewide success: Bringing proven patient engagement to Victoria

After the success of our statewide health explainer campaigns in South Australia, Northern Health in Victoria reached out with a clear goal: to bring the same clarity, accessibility, and trust to their own communications. We delivered two tailored education campaigns: one for the Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) rollout and another to support patients managing chronic low back pain. Both focused on empowering people to take an active role in their treatment for better health outcomes.
